Xcode/Interface Builder problem: Solved

Update (009-06-06): Consider this fixed. I’m gonna add a longer update with the walkthru later this week. It’s sunny in Seattle, and I’m not gonna spend too much time on the computer.

I’m working on a little Xcode project, using the BWToolkit from Brandon Walkin and things aren’t going well for me.

code_error1

No matter what component I load from BWToolkit, the debugger throws an exception that the object can’t be uncompressed. Sigh, I thought I followed the instructions thoroughly in the way I installed and bound the toolkit to my project, but to no avail.

code_error2

Can anyone decipher the error for me?

I’m using Interface Builder 3.1.2, Xcode 3.1.2 and OS X 10.5.7

Update: I’ve added a video showing the workflow. Xcode errors video

About Dogs

I met Tom and his wife Jess a month or two ago, through my other good friend Alex, and since that time, I can’t get enough of Tom’s brilliance.

Here’s one of his videos for you to enjoy: About Dogs.
