Merry Christmas (some family stuff)

The theme for our family Christmas this year was “paper – literature and the arts,” and we were all requested to create or promote the arts and literature in our gifts to each other.

Each family member had one “big” gift to buy/make for one other member (a gift-exchange), and then we all made/bought little gifts for each other.

Here’s a little sample of the drawings I made for Jessica, Holly, Pat, and Ian.

My new best friend (Web site)

I was reading a story at Ars Technica on the Pew Research Center’s recent findings “Pew survey shows online news overtaking print in the US,” and I clicked through to the People-Press Web site – what an amazing resource!

I highly recommend you take a look at some of their studies.

Snowboarding in Downtown Seattle

Found a couple snowboarders on First and Virginia downtown in Seattle.

What fun!

Rihanna ft. Justin Timberlake Highside’s CB450!

I just finished watching the Rihanna (ft. Justin Timberlake) video, “Rehab” which features more of Highside’s CB450 than Timberlake’s lyrics (I think he says “ungh” once).

Damn nice to see a real bike in a video, and even nicer to see the C-Skull in the video!
