I found the same label in an mp3 player I recently purchased. I think all electronics these days have that same cancer causing component. Whatever it may be, like you said, could be the foam or copper, or plastics.

There must be a reason that Proposition 65 was passed, and for that reason “do not be unnecessarily alarmed” doesn’t hold much weight.
