Well, that’s a little weird
So I’m working on this design idea for a client. It’s in the very rough phase right now, so no mocking of my limited design skills (I leave that stuff up to my very capable wife, Justine).
What I’m dealing with is a PNG graphic I’d like to float over top of a transitioning image (yup, it’s javascript). The transitions are very much like what’s happening over at the Magstand homepage. The PNG logo needs to overlay the transitioning jpgs, which works fine in Safari 3.x on the Mac. However, I’m getting an odd result with Firefox (also mac – haven’t tested anywhere else yet). The logo appears to be 50% from the left of the browser, but as a beginning, not as a centered file.
Weird, huh?
